We want you to love your merino wool pieces as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
